Training
We design and run basic and advanced training programmes in project management and leadership. These programmes are usually tailor-made, designed in close cooperation with the client companies. Our philosophy is that learning is a process that benefits from being spread out over time as well as being closely connected to every day life at work. Consequently, we often engage in long-term and case-based programmes.

Networking and facilitation
In a rapidly changing market place networking offers great flexibility, ad hoc learning and an outstanding opportunity to stay on top of new challenges. We design and run both internal corporate networks and open networks with participants from non-competing companies. Besides recruiting the right participants, facilitating the network meetings skilfully is a key success factor. We also facilitate kick-offs, learning sessions, panel debates etc.

Consulting
In parallel with developing people we help the clients develop their organizational structure and processes. We often map and/or develop flows, models, roles, tools etc., or support internal teams doing it. For us, switching between hands-on jobs and learning activities is the best way of keeping the cutting edge.
