About Ulf Östermark Let’s put it straight: learning and development is a passion of mine. There is nothing like facilitating a network session with ten R&D managers from different companies, or working with young talented people getting ready for the next step in their careers. However, I have not always been doing this for a living. First I made a PhD in Chemistry and then I worked as a project manager and line manager for seven years. Meanwhile, I broadened my view studying Organizational Psychology. Finally, the timing was right to open my own business in 2003. Today, I consider assisting other people’s learning and development
the mission of my professional life. I am a very fortunate man. |
